Billing basics
Prices shown are before tax.
Each account is for individual use and cannot be shared.
Annual plans save 20% for Selects and 17% for Premiere Assistant.

Upgrade your plan
You can switch to a higher plan at any time.
Go to the Cutback Dashboard > [Selects] or [Premiere Assistant] > [Plans].
Click the plan you want to upgrade to.
Click [Upgrade].
When you upgrade, your current plan ends right away and the new one starts immediately. You only pay the difference: unused days from your previous plan are automatically credited. Your billing cycle resets on the day you upgrade.
Downgrade your plan
You can switch to a lower plan at any time.
Go to the Cutback Dashboard > [Selects] or [Premiere Assistant] > [Plans].
Click the plan you want to downgrade to.
Click [Downgrade].
When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period. Your new plan starts on your next renewal date.
Switch the annual subscription to a monthly one
To switch from yearly to monthly billing, cancel your current (refer to the cancel your subscription section below) yearly plan and resubscribe when your subscription ends.
To switch right away, request a refund if eligible (refer to the refund policy below), or contact support.
Switch the monthly subscription to an annual one
Go to the Cutback Dashboard > [Plans].
Click the banner at the bottom to switch to an annual plan.
When you switch from monthly to yearly, unused days from your current plan are credited, and you're only charged the difference. Your new plan starts right away.
Cancel your subscription
Cancel either product from the Cutback Dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.
Go to the Cutback Dashboard.
Select your current active plan.
Click [Cancel subscription].
Request a refund
Refunds are available within 7 days of the payment date and only if no paid features have been used. If your request is approved, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Go to the Cutback Dashboard.
Open Invoices.
Click [Request Refund].
When you receive a refund, your plan is canceled immediately. You can resubscribe at any time to get access to paid features again.
Update your payment method
Manage your card and billing details in the dashboard.
Go to the Cutback Dashboard.
Open Payment method.
Update or replace your details.
If a payment fails, verify your card information, check with your bank for declined transactions, and try a different payment method.
Payment system issue
If you run into a payment system issue, contact support and a representative will help you resolve it.
Check Usage
Check your current usage in Dashboard > Premiere Assistant/Selects > Usage.
FAQs
How do coupons work?
Coupons are applied automatically at checkout, with the highest discount applied first. Only one coupon can be used per payment. If you have issues with a coupon, contact support.
Does Cutback support installment payments?
No, installment payments are not supported.
I paid for a plan, but my features or usage aren't showing up. What should I do?
Make sure you're logged in with the account you used to pay. You can check your active plan anytime in the Cutback Dashboard.
Premiere Assistant
Click [Menu] in the left panel to see your currently logged-in email address.
Check that this email matches the account you paid with.
If it doesn't match, click [Log out] at the bottom.
Log back in with the account you used for payment.
Selects
On the Selects homepage, click your profile image in the top right corner to see your currently logged-in email address.
Check that this email matches the account you paid with.
If it doesn't match, log out and log back in with the account you used for payment.
Do I need to cancel my free trial? Will I be charged when it ends?
You don't need to cancel your free trial, and you won't be charged when your trial ends. There is no automatic switch to a paid plan.
What happens next depends on which product you're using:
Selects: Your trial gives you a set number of credits to explore the app. Once those credits run out, new analysis and draft generation will pause. You won't be charged. If you want to keep editing, you can subscribe to a plan at any time from the Cutback Dashboard.
Premiere Assistant: There is a free tier you can use for as long as you like, with no payment required. You only need to subscribe if you want access to features beyond the free tier.
Note: You don't need to add a credit card when creating a Cutback account for either Selects or Premiere Assistant.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
VAT invoices are only available on the Enterprise plan, which requires a minimum of 5 seats. For all other plans, the invoice from your [Dashboard] is the only invoice Cutback provides. To download your invoice, go to Invoices.

Can I add my VAT or tax number to my invoice?
Adding a VAT or tax number to a Cutback invoice is only supported on the Enterprise plan. For all other plans, invoices cannot be modified to include a VAT or tax number. For Enterprise plan inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
