Managing Your Enterprise Plan

Learn how to add members, assign seats, and manage billing for your Selects Enterprise plan.

When your Enterprise account is set up, the Cutback account used during onboarding is automatically assigned as the organization admin. Log in with that account to manage your organization.

Go to your Enterprise management dashboard here: https://dashboard.cutback.video/

Note: Your left menu on the dashboard may look slightly different depending on whether your plan is seats-based or pooled usage-based.

Members

Go to Members in the left menu.

At the top of the page, you can see your seat count: how many seats your plan includes, how many are currently assigned, and how many are still available. Depending on your contract, you may have a fixed number of seats or unlimited seats.

Your admin account is added as a member by default.

Invite members

Everyone you invite needs their own Cutback account. If they don't have one yet, they can sign up at → https://dashboard.cutback.video/sign-up

Click Invite member to add someone to your organization.

You have two ways to add members:

  1. By email: Enter one or more email addresses separated by commas and send the invite. For example: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

  2. By invite link: Copy and share the invite link directly.

Remove a member

  1. Find the member in the list.

  2. Click the ... menu next to their name.

  3. Select Remove member.

Assign a seat

After adding a member, assign them a seat so they can access the product.

  1. Find the member in the list.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click empty under the product name, assign a seat directly.

    • Click the ... menu and select Assign seat for Selects or Assign seat for Premiere Assistant.

Remove a seat

  1. Find the member in the list.

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Click Assigned under the product name to remove the seat.

    • Click the ... menu and select Remove seat for Selects or Remove seat for Premiere Assistant.

Usage

The All usage tab shows your organization's total usage across all members. Limits are based on your contract.

To check an individual member's usage, select their name from the dropdown at the top. All members are shown by default.

Billing

Billing starts automatically when a new member is added. The exact details depend on your contract.

Invoices

All past invoices are listed here. Click Download next to any invoice to save a copy.

Payment method

Note: If your contract includes a separate payment method, you can skip the card registration step. No action needed on your end.

If you are paying by card, then register or change it like below.
