You can use SRT files to create animated captions in Premiere Assistant.
If you have caption subtitles in Premiere Pro:
Export them as an SRT file.
In Cutback, go to the [Edit Caption] menu.
Import the SRT file.
Generate animated captions from the imported subtitles.
