If you’re seeing an “Internal Server Error” message while using the AI Auto Rough Cut Assistant, it could be due to several reasons.
Please check the following:
After transcribing in Cutback, did you make changes to the sequence directly in Premiere Pro? If so, the sync may have broken, causing the assistant to fail. Please re-transcribe in Cutback and try again.
If your video is over 1 hour long or involves multi-cam editing, try select 3 chapters and running the process again. The issue may be caused by a high processing load.
This may also be due to permission issues on your computer during file transfer or saving. Try restarting your computer and launching Premiere Pro as an administrator before trying again.
The issue could be related to the latest version of Premiere Pro. Try rolling back to version 25.2.3 or earlier, and attempt the process again in a new project file. You can manage versions in Adobe Creative Cloud.
If the problem persists, we recommend performing manual edits or creating a new project file and re-running transcription from scratch.
