Does the video contain more than one language? Cutback currently supports recognizing content in only one language at a time. Please transcribe each language separately using the appropriate language setting, then combine the results manually.
The issue may have occurred because the transcription wasn’t accurate in that specific part.
Please check the audio channels of the clip. If the channels are mismatched, it can cause audio issues like echo.
Right-click the audio clip in the audio track
Select Audio Channels...
Set all channels to L (Left)
Also, make sure the volume bar for the audio channel isn’t too low.
Go to Window > Audio and check if the volume limit bar is pulled down, which can mute the audio.
Please check both of these points, and re-transcribe for just that section. To do this, set In/Out points using the I and O keys in the Premiere Pro sequence, move the section to a new sequence, and transcribe it again.
If the issue persists after checking the language settings and audio channels, it may be a temporary problem that occurred while the transcription result was being sent to the server.
In that case, try creating a new sequence, copy the relevant clip into it, and run transcription and translation again.
