I want to change my current plan

Upgrade Plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time via Cutback Dashboard > [Plans].
When you switch to a higher plan, your current one ends right away and the new plan starts immediately.

You’ll only pay the difference, the unused days from your previous plan are automatically credited.

Your billing cycle resets on the day you upgrade.


Downgrade Plan

You can change your plan at the Cutback Dashboard > [Plans].

When you downgrade, you’ll keep your current plan until your billing period ends.

Your new plan starts on your next renewal date.


Switch Monthly Subscription to Annual

Go to the Cutback Dashboard > [Plans] and click on the banner at the bottom to change to annual plan.

When you switch from monthly to yearly billing, we’ll credit the unused days from your current plan and charge only the difference.

Your new plan starts right away.


Switch Annual Subscription to Monthly

To switch from yearly to monthly billing, cancel your current yearly plan, and resubscribe when your subscription ends.

To switch right away, request a refund if you haven't started using any features, or contact support.


Change Payment Method

You can update your payment method at Cutback Dashboard > [Payment method].

Alternatively, you can check your inbox for a payment confirmation email. That email includes a link where you can update your payment method and billing info.
