I want to cancel / request refund for my plan

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription by going to the Cutback Dashboard > [Plans] > select current plan and click [Cancel subscription]. Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not be renewed on the next billing date.


Request Refund

Go to the Cutback Dashboard > [Invoices] > [Request Refund]. Refunds are available only within 7 days of your payment date and only if no paid features have been used. If your request meets the criteria, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
