Check My Usage
You can check your usage in two ways:
In the Cutback app: go to [Menu] and tap your email address.
On the Cutback website: [Dashboard] > [Usage].
Details on Usage Calculation
Transcription Time: Required for Auto Rough Cut / Multicam Edit / Caption Editing. Usage is calculated based on the length of the video when transcription is first run. Editing or applying the result to the timeline does not consume additional time.
Auto Rough Cut Assistant: 1 usage is deducted each time the assistant is run. Once you choose your desired edit direction and apply it, 1 usage is consumed.
After using AI Cut, deleted clips appear in gray. These are not reflected in the timeline until you press [Apply to Sequence].
Using the silence removal feature inside the assistant counts as assistant usage, not silence removal usage.
After the update, a new beta version of the AI Auto Rough Cut Assistant has been released. It’s available for free regardless of your plan.
Important Notes:
Unused usage does not carry over to the next month.
Misusing Cutback for purposes other than video editing may lead to service restrictions per our Terms of Use.
Enterprise plan usage limits may vary depending on your contract.
