Cutback automatically locks audio tracks in Premiere Pro to prevent changes during editing. After applying your edits to the sequence, manually unlock the tracks.
If tracks keep locking on their own in Premiere Pro, try restarting the Premiere Pro. If the issue persists, temporarily closing the Cutback panel while working may help.
