Interviews are full of "um", "you know", and half-repeated sentences. Cut filler words strips them out of your draft in one pass, and you choose which kinds go.
Open the tool
In the left panel, switch from [Assistant] to [Tools].
Click [Cut filler words].
Choose what to cut
Tick the categories you want removed. You need at least one.
[Hesitations]: "um", "uh", or "er".
[Hedging]: "You know?", "Like", "Sort of".
[Repeats]: repeated words and phrases, for example "Do you, like, is there, do you".
Choose how often to cut
Under [Cut frequency], pick one:
[All occurrences]: removes every filler word it finds. The cleanest read, but more cuts, so expect more jump cuts on a single camera.
[Minimum jump cuts]: removes fewer, favouring a smoother picture over a perfectly clean read.
Apply when you are happy. Selects tells you how many filler words it removed.
Put them back
Click [Restore filler words] to bring them all back. Nothing is deleted from your footage, so you can restore and reapply with different settings as often as you like.

It says there are no more filler words to remove
Either the categories you ticked genuinely do not appear in this draft, or you have already run it. Try ticking more categories, or switch [Cut frequency] to [All occurrences].
My video jumps around after cutting
That is normal on a single camera, since removing a word removes picture too. Click [Restore filler words] and run it again with [Minimum jump cuts]. On multicam you can also switch angles to hide the joins.
