How do I continue editing on Final Cut Pro?

Select a timeline in Selects.

Click the Handoff button in the top right corner and choose Final Cut Pro.

Choose a location to save the Final Cut Pro XML file.

In Final Cut Pro, go to File > Import > XML... and select the saved XML file to import the project.
