Upgrade Plan
You can change your subscription plan at any time via [Dashboard] > [Subscription Info] on the Cutback website.
When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, your current subscription will be immediately canceled and the new plan will take effect right away. The unused portion of your previous subscription will be prorated and automatically deducted from the new plan’s price, so you’ll only be charged the difference.
Your billing cycle will also reset based on the date you switch to the new plan.
Downgrade Plan
You can change your plan at the Cutback website > [Dashboard] > [Billing Info]. When downgrading, you will continue using your current plan until the end of the billing cycle. The new lower-tier plan will take effect on the next renewal date.
Switch Monthly Subscription to Annual
Go to the Cutback website > [Dashboard] > [Pricing] to change your plan. When switching from a monthly subscription to an annual one, the remaining days of your current plan will be prorated and charged accordingly. The new plan will be activated immediately.
Switch Annual Subscription to Monthly
When switching from an annual subscription to a monthly one, the current plan will remain active until the end of the subscription period. The monthly plan will be applied automatically at the next renewal date. If you want to switch immediately, cancel and request a refund for the annual plan first, so please contact a support agent.
Change Payment Method
You can update your payment method at Cutback website > [Dashboard] > [Billing Info].
Alternatively, you can check your inbox for a payment confirmation email. That email includes a link where you can update your payment method and billing info.
