An error may occur when applying motion effects if the ApplicationLanguageBilingual option is enabled in Premiere Pro. Please disable this option and try again.

Open the console window (Windows: Ctrl + F12, Mac: fn + Ctrl + F12)

From the panel menu, select Debug Database View

Search for ApplicationLanguageBilingual

If the option is enabled, disable it by setting it to false

1. Open the console window (Windows: Ctrl + F12, Mac: fn + Ctrl + F12)
2. From the panel menu, select Debug Database View
3. Search for ApplicationLanguageBilingual
4. If the option is enabled, disable it by setting it to false
5. Restart Premiere Pro
